Vacant Home Staging

Occupied Home Staging

Occupied home staging is typically a two step process. We begin with a consultation where we walk through the home and assess each room, as well as provide input on curb appeal and outdoor areas. Next, we conduct a “walk and talk” where we go over our suggestions with the homeowner. We then follow up with a detailed written report that provides a systematic checklist for the homeowner to follow. They know exactly where to focus their time and effort and thus avoid projects that are a waste of time.

Once the homeowner has done their part to prepare the home for listing, we come back the day before photography to provide the “finishing touches.” Working with the homeowner’s décor, we reposition art, stage bookshelves, rearrange furniture, and stage surfaces and other areas that require professional expertise. Now the home shows like a model and is ready to WOW buyers!

We offer home updating and design consulting to smart homeowners who would like to get top dollar for their home … or are simply ready for a refresh.
